National Archive Publishing Co., a recent spinoff of digital archiving company ProQuest Co., has laid off 19 manufacturing employees due to an unexpected dip in business.
NAPC was formed in October after ProQuest sold off its division that was responsible for creating and storing microfilm of newspapers, magazines, dissertations and business case studies, among other things.
